  • How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.95 for all US and Australia orders, $7.95 for Europe and the UK .

If you spend more then $50.00 USD you will receive free shipping!

  • How long does it take for an order to arrive?

** Due to crazy recent demand, please allow an additional 2 weeks shipping time **

We apologize and we are working day AND night to get all orders made and shipped :)

    • Orders will arrive within 5-10 business days.
    • Happy Trunks are handmade-to-order in the homes of our seamstresses in Northern Thailand. This is why we have extended delivery times. If you aren't sure where your order is, please contact us at support@happy-trunks.com
  • Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times, this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.

If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we will fix it for you.

Our pants are made of 100% Rayon. Rayon is sourced locally from wood-pulp, Rayon is NOT a synthetic fiber

  • What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- Which means we will refund your money if you are for any reason not satisfied with your order. We want to provide a risk-free shopping experience and trust our customers to not take advantage of us on this offer.  
  • How do I contact you?

  • Duties and Taxes:
 Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
  • Regulations and Restrictions:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.  By placing an international order (shipping outside of the United States of America) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds.
